Shipping Policy

Production Time

Debrochet garments are crocheted individually, one at a time. Made-to-order and custom pieces are created according to the measurements and specifications of each order.

Made-to-order tops and standard garments generally require 3–4 weeks before shipping. Made-to-order dresses generally require 4–6 weeks. Custom work may require additional time, which will be discussed before your order is confirmed.

Ready to Ship pieces are already complete, are paid in full at checkout, and are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Lead times may vary depending on current workload and customization requests.

Balance Due Before Shipping

Made-to-order and custom garments require a 50% deposit at checkout. We will notify you when your garment is complete and the remaining balance is due. Your piece ships once the balance is received.

This does not apply to Ready to Ship pieces, which are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch are determined by the carrier and are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, contact us at admin@debrochet.com and we will help you trace it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Where a damaged or defective item must be returned, return shipping is provided at our expense.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Debrochet ships within the United States only.

Digital Patterns

Debrochet crochet patterns are digital downloads. They are delivered immediately after purchase with no shipping cost or wait time.
