Return and Refund Policy

Every Debrochet piece is crocheted by hand, one at a time. Made-to-order and custom garments are created according to the measurements and specifications of each individual order.

Because of this, all Debrochet purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review the sizing information and product details carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about fit, sizing, or a specific piece, contact us at admin@debrochet.com before purchasing — we are glad to help you choose.

Payment

Ready to Ship pieces are paid in full at checkout.

Made-to-order and custom garments require a 50% deposit at checkout to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Production begins once all order details are confirmed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a made-to-order or custom order, contact us at admin@debrochet.com as soon as possible.

Your deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before materials have been purchased for your order. Once materials have been purchased, the deposit is non-refundable.

Unpaid Balances

When your made-to-order or custom garment is complete, we will notify you that the remaining balance is due. If the balance is not received within 30 days of that notice, and we have been unable to reach you, the order is considered abandoned and the deposit is forfeited. The garment may then be released for sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at admin@debrochet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and make it right through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the garment and its availability.

Where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at our expense. Where a refund is issued for a damaged or defective item, it will include the original shipping cost.

Please inspect your order upon arrival so that any concern can be raised within this window.

Digital Patterns

Debrochet crochet patterns are delivered as digital downloads. Because the file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all pattern purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you have difficulty downloading or opening your pattern, or a question about the instructions, contact us at admin@debrochet.com and we will assist you.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at admin@debrochet.com.
